How to Order?

Just follow our simple and easy 6 step proccess to get what you need right at your door!

STEP 1

Enquiry
Contact us via email at info@lpfurniture.com or through our website send us the following information:
Images, shop drawings, bill of quantities (BQ), material specification, etc.
Note: The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is ten (10) units. Orders below this quantity will not be accepted.

STEP 2

Verification
Upon receipt of your enquiry, our representative will verify the information provided and may request additional details if necessary. To avoid delays, please check your WhatsApp or email regularly, as all communications will be conducted through these channels.

STEP 3

Quotation
Once all required information has been received, we will provide a quotation within seven (7) business days. Prices may vary depending on the order quantity.

STEP 4

Quotation Approval
To proceed, kindly sign the quotation, affix your company stamp, and return it via email for processing.

STEP 5

Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate production. The remaining 50% balance must be settled prior to delivery.

STEP 6

Delivery
Shipment arrangements and costs are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise requested. Delivery typically takes 12–14 weeks, depending on the order size.
